After Phil Yeh interviewed John and Toni Lilly with his partner Dennis Niedbala, Jean (Moebius) Giraud offered to create a custom cover just for this issue of Uncle Jam. One of the wonderful things about Uncle Jam was that it introduced all these artists, writers and innovative thinkers in California to a general audience.
