From the personal collection of publisher Phil Yeh, who also conducted an interview with Rick in 1976 with comic book colorist Tom Luth and Juxtapoz curator Greg Escalante at Rick's home.
Rick had cut the separations for this issue of Cobblestone, Yeh's legendary art newspaper that started as Uncle Jam in 1973 and returned to that same name in 1977 until 1991. Ever the perfectionist, Rick later would show up at the Orange County based printer to watch as the issues rolled off the press to make sure that they got it right.
