Tales of the Penguin King is a send-up of the classic Monkey King of Chinese legends. Teenage Mutant Ninja Patrick Rabbit is a take-off on the Turtles and the story is still very funny. RC Williams' rare comic strip Reed Reeder appears for the first time and the final story is by Jon Murakami called "The Wonderous World of Warwick". Jon later became one of Hawaii's most famous cartoonists and the creator of The Dragons of Hawaii which has their own children's book with Phil Yeh.
