Our Second Bilingual Comic comes out November 2003!
Phil Yeh's 14th issue of Patrick Rabbit is another bilingual adventure that takes our heroes to
Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, and other exotic locales. There are a host of guest stars as
always including Geoff Bevington's Steve the Dog. Geoff and his partner Jamie recently
designed a new toy for the upcoming Cat in The Hat film for their Tekky Toys company in Chicago.
In this issue of Patrick Rabbit #14, our bunny actually shoots a movie with The Dragons of
Hawaii in the windy city where Steve the Dog is directing a new film. Jon J. Murakami
who is the creator of the Dragons of Hawaii spent a couple of weeks this summer with Phil in
California working on this project. Brenda Murphy aka The Candy Queen has a major role in this
story which continues the adventure that was started in Patrick Rabbit #12. The entire story is in
English and Spanish and perfect for anyone who speaks either of these two
world languages or who wants to learn! There is also a special 30th anniversary tribute to Phil's
legendary art newspaper Uncle Jam which began on November 5, 1973 featuring a wonderful Roberta
Gregory cover. Roberta's animated creations can now be seen on the Oxygen network. The issue
will be out for our November 2003 events including the New York City Chocolate Show and a special
new comic convention in Mexico City where Phil is one of the few special guests from the USA along with
Dave Thorne, Sergio Aragones, and Stan Sakai.
