Geoff Bevington, a creative director for
Custom Direct, combines his marketing background, cartooning and designing skills
with a peculiar sense of humor to help create the characters and "stories" that
bring their toys to life. Juxtaposition is Geoff's watchword when working on creative
concepts. Whether it's Elvis' music and dairy cows or surfin' music and chickens, the key
to creativity (and fun toys) is 'toss it in, mix it up, throw it at the wall and see what
sticks'. Geoff has worked with Cartoonists Across America in the Chicago office for more
than 12 years. Geoff is currently working with Phil Yeh on a new book,
"Steve,
the Dog & The Winged Tiger", and has also participated in
The Winged Tiger Comics & Stories Issue #2.
